Shipping times and costs
Exact shipping times for each specific country can be seen in the Shopping Bag or at the checkout. Below is an overview of shipping times and costs by region.

*Free delivery only on orders over £100, Orders to The Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will be delivered within 2 working days.
Harrys of London ships worldwide via our shipping partner, DHL Express. We select the fastest and most reliable delivery option known for each destination to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Our same day London service is provided by Goldstar International Express Couriers.
All delivery dates and times stated on the website are given only for general guidance and are not guaranteed. In most cases we are able to deliver the goods to you within our estimated delivery times and, where we anticipate that delivery may be delayed, we may contact you to inform you of this delay.
We will endeavour to fulfil your order by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation email we send you or, if no date or time is specified, within a reasonable period from the date of the dispatch confirmation (unless there are exceptional circumstances).
Shipping times are applicable to orders placed before 1pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day; orders placed after 1pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will be despatched the following Monday.
During busy periods and sale periods there may be some delay in the dispatch of your order.
For all orders we will send you an email confirming when your order has been despatched. This email will also contain a tracking number for you to track the progress of your order.
We are happy to deliver your goods to a location that is different from your billing address. All you need to do is enter the alternate shipping address at the shipping section of the checkout process. Please note that for first time orders we may contact you to rearrange delivery to your billing address.
In some instances we can deliver goods to PO boxes or hotels. If this is not possible, we may contact you to arrange delivery to another address.
We ensure all orders until they have been delivered to the specified delivery address, once the courier receives a signature the responsibility for the goods will be transferred to you or the person who signs for the goods.
Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. In some cases, we may attempt delivery on a Saturday. In all cases, a signature will be required from you or the recipient on delivery.
Taxes, duties and other shipping fees
Sales taxes and duties are calculated on the site according to where you are having your order delivered to and are detailed in the shopping bag and on the checkout screen during purchase and on your order invoice.
We ship to the following regions on a VAT Paid or Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
- United Kingdom
- European Union member countries
This means import duties and customs taxes are already calculated and included within the purchase price displayed throughout the Harrys of London site:
All other countries are shipped to on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the receiver of the goods will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged by the receiver's local customs authority. In these DDU instances, the purchase prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT (Tax-free).
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the receiver and unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from the website, you are considered to be the 'Importer of Record' and as a result, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.
The customer takes full liability for all shipping charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package due to import duties and taxes.
Please note, we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
Every order is treated with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each item is checked individually by hand before we package it to be sent to you.
Shoes are packaged in our signature 'Box' grain shoe boxes and then wrapped by hand in black tissue paper. Gift wrap items are packaged in our signature Heron logo, 'box' grain gift boxes where possible and then finished with a satin bow ribbon.
Socks and Technogel® innersoles are packaged in our branded card sleeves or in one of our signature ‘Box’ grain gift boxes.
Belts and small leather goods are packaged in our signature cotton drawstring pouches and/or our signature Heron logo 'box' grain gift boxes.
Bags and briefcases are packaged in our signature cotton drawstring bags.
Other items such as scarves, hats, shoe trees and shoe horns may come in our signature cotton drawstring bags and/or their own unique packaging.
At the checkout, you will be presented with two packaging options: Branded Harrys of London packaging or discreet plain, unmarked packaging. Neither option carries an additional charge.
Branded packaging is black with Harrys of London logos and text and is sealed with black Harrys of London logo tape.
Discreet packaging is plain and unmarked and is sealed with non-branded tape for a subtle delivery option.
Please note that although our discreet packaging has no branding, the courier dockets and any shipping invoices on the outside of the packaging may show the value of the goods and that they have come from Harrys of London.
All packaging is reusable should you need to send the items back to us for return or exchange.
If you wish to have an item gift wrapped or to add a gift note, please select the ‘Gift wrap my order’ box at the shipping stage of the checkout. There is no additional charge for this service and we will not include an invoice with the order when the gift wrap option is selected.
Collect in store
You can now shop online with us and collect your goods from one of our London stores in the United Kingdom within 1-2 working days. Items can be collected at your convenience and can be returned, online or in store.
Once your order has arrived in store and it is ready to be collected you will be contacted by a member of our team. Your order will remain in store for 7 days, after which we will contact you.
When collecting your order from a store you will need:
- To present a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email.
- If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, your signed written permission in addition to an email in advance, notifying us of the person who is collecting on your behalf.
