27th March, 2013 saw the Harrys of London Bespoke Workshop run on a fun-filled night of carnival amusements and circus talents, including strongmen, acrobats and jugglers at the newly opened men’s footwear floor at Selfridges, London; the largest dedicated men’s footwear area in the world.
A selection of our exclusive handmade shoes were available for hand colouring by our workshop artisan. Customers then had the final option of adding complimentary personalised hand embossed initials to their shoes; something we will be offering on the online store in the coming months. The 85 square metre space occupies the width of the entrance to the men’s footwear floor which is the largest dedicated men’s footwear area in the world.

The pop-up shop will be open until late May and will feature an exclusive range of Spring/Summer styles, as well as the full range of our popular coloured sole Downing loafers.

A series of Bespoke finishing and personalisation presentations will be staged in the store to celebrate the launch of the Men’s shoe floor this month. Grant Old England Gun Metal
A completely new style, the Grant was born out of the desire to combine a classic English oxford wing-tip brogue with our signature Vibram® Windsurf sole.
Our specialist artisan starting the hand-burnishing process
Starting with a Tan coloured base leather, our specialist artisan works multiple shades of polish into the constructed shoe over a 2 hour period to build up a rich, deep colour. Due to the hand-finished colouring, no two pairs will ever be alike.
2 hours later - finishing the hand-burnishing process
Available in 12 hand-burnished colours, or our classic Black. You can also create your own unique custom colour by contacting us at harry@harrysoflondon.com with a description of your desired colour.
The Bespoke Grant - Available in 13 colours
Each pair is handmade and hand-burnished to order, with delivery in April 2013.
