The DOWNING is Harrys of London's most popular loafer.
This is our sporty, yet tailored choice for work or weekends with it's hand-polished calfskin upper, unique Vibram rubber sole and our exclusive Technogel footbed.
Our supple Black Satin Calfskin is hand-burnished and specially polished to achieve a soft, sporty glow. This is our most popular and versatile slip-on style that is perfect for everyday.
The new Black Gloss Calf looks great with suits and cool with formal wear or denim. This rich, high-shine calfskin is easy to care for and virtually weather resistant.

Caring for your Harrys of London product
Thank you for choosing a Harrys of London product. The item you have chosen is the result of extensive design and research.
All materials used by Harrys of London are of the highest quality and are continually tested for their durability and comfort.
Harrys of London recommends that you store your shoes in their original shoe bag. Shoes that are damp should be allowed to dry naturally before storing. A Cedar wood shoe tree is a good investment as it will maintain the original shape of your Harrys of London shoe and help to remove moisture.
Always use a shoehorn when stepping into your shoes and take care to fully loosen and untie the laces before removing them. To allow your shoes time to rest and recover we suggest you alternate your shoes each day as it will extend their life.
To clean suede shoes - gently brush with a wire suede brush.
To remove dirt or mud from leather or patent shoes gently clean with a damp cloth. A Horse hair brush will give you the best shine on leather. We suggest using a neutral shoe cream on leather rather than waxes or polishes.
If you have any questions on how to care for your shoes please contact us on harry@harrysoflondon.com we would be happy to help.
As leathers and exotics are natural materials slight imperfections and growth marks are entirely normal and accepted as being a unique part of the material. All types of leather and natural materials suffer from salt, humidity and other atmospheric agents that can cause irreversible wear and tear. Harrys of London recommends that you take care to avoid contact with heat, water, oil, alcohol, and all abrasive substances. Harrys of London cannot take responsibility of the mishandling and the eventual deterioration for the product.
