Caring for your Harrys of London product

All our products are the result of extensive design and research. All materials used by Harrys of London are of the highest quality and are continually tested for their durability and comfort.

Harrys of London recommends that you store your shoes in their original shoe bag provided. Shoes that are damp should be allowed to dry naturally before storing. A Cedar wood Shoe Tree is a vital investment as it will maintain the original shape of your Harrys of London shoe, help to remove moisture and deodorise with a naturally fresh scent. Always use a Shoe Horn when stepping into your shoes and take care to fully loosen and untie any laces before removing them. To allow your shoes time to rest and recover we suggest you alternate your shoes each day as it will extend their life.

To clean suede shoes - gently brush in one direction with a suede brush. To remove dirt or mud from leather or patent shoes gently clean with a damp cloth. A Horse hair brush will give you the best shine on leather. We suggest using a neutral shoe cream on leather rather than waxes or polishes. As leathers and exotics are natural materials, slight imperfections and growth marks are entirely normal and accepted as being a unique part of the material. All types of leather and natural materials suffer from salt, humidity and other atmospheric agents that can cause irreversible wear and tear. Harrys of London recommends that you take care to avoid contact with heat, water, oil, alcohol, and all abrasive substances. Harrys of London cannot take responsibility for the mishandling and the eventual deterioration of the product.

Exchanges

Specify the exchange item and the new colour or size on the return/exchange form. Include the form in your return package. We will send your new item free of additional shipping charges. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.

Please note that when exchanging items for a different size, you may need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item. Harrys of London is not liable for any duties or taxes you may be charged on exchanges.

If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Harrys of London or because of quality issues, Harrys of London will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.

Availability of replacement items are not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form.

Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next bank statement.

Please allow 5 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag by clicking the 'Continue Shopping' button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it. Note: You will only secure the item after entering and submitting your payment details.

How do I know it will fit?

Harrys of London uses the Italian sizing system, however in order to aid our customers with their shopping we have provided a size chart to be used as a guideline for international sizing. Should you be unhappy with the fit for a particular purchase you can exchange it for a different size. Please see 'Returns and Exchanges' for instructions.


How do I Pay?

Harrys of London ships worldwide via express shipping carriers. We ship to the following regions on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means Import Duties and Customs Taxes are already calculated and included within the £ Pound Sterling purchase price displayed throughout the Harrys of London site:European Union Member Countries United Kingdom United States

**All other countries are shipped to on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty unpaid). This means the customer will be liable for any local Sales Taxes or Import Duties which may be charged by the recipients Customs authority. In these DDU instances, Harrys will deduct 20% of inbuilt Duties and Taxes from the purchase prices displayed on the site.



Terms of Use

A contract between the customer & Harrys of London Ltd will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point Harrys of London via HSBC will charge the buyers' credit or debit card for the goods dispatched plus shipping where applicable).

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Whilst many lines are held in stock at Harrys of London, we do also rely on the manufacturers stock & this can sometimes cause delays on delivery times. However, we will always keep customers informed of any such delays.

Availability & Prices of our goods are subject to change without notice. The site is available only for your personal use, which shall be limited to viewing the site, providing information on the site, downloading product information for your personal review, and purchasing products. Harrys of London is not responsible for any improper use of data and contests of the site due to third parties.
