Ordering

Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Shop by browsing through our Site.

Click on the product image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing and availability.

Add items to your shopping bag by selecting your desired size from the drop down menu, choosing how many of the item you would like using the plus and minus widget, and then clicking on the 'Add to Bag' button.

Review the items you have chosen in your mini-shopping bag which can be found at the top-right corner of the website. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button below the item.

Click on the 'Checkout' button to proceed to the main shopping bag review.

Resume browsing after viewing your shopping bag by clicking the 'Continue Shopping' button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still purchase it. You will only secure the item after entering and submitting your payment details.

Should you wish to proceed to the checkout to finalize your purchases, click on the 'Secure Checkout' button.

Enter your billing and shipping details and set-up your account login with your email address and a password of your choice. Click on the 'Payment' button to proceed to the next stage.

At the 'Payment' stage, select your chosen method of payment, then enter any coupon/gift codes you may have. If paying by credit/debit card, proceed to enter your credit/debit card details and then tick the 'I have read and accepted the terms & conditions' box. If paying by Paypal, you will just need to tick the same box. Click on the 'Order Review' button to move onto the final stage.

If you are paying with a credit/debit card you will see the 'Order Review' page. This page shows you the items in your shopping bag along with VAT or DDP information, shipping costs, your chosen billing and shipping addresses and a summary of your payment information. If you see an error in any of this information, or you would simply like to change something, click on the relevant 'Edit' button next to the information you wish to change.

Once you are happy with all of your information and the items in your shopping bag, click on the 'Confirm your Order' button. Your payment will be processed and then you will be taken to the 'Order Confirmation' page to let you know your order has been accepted.

If paying by Paypal, you will be taken directly to the Paypal summary where you can see a breakdown of the items in your shopping bag, along with VAT or DDP information and shipping costs. Here you will need to enter your Paypal password to complete your order. After your payment has been processed by Paypal, you will be redirected back to the Harrys of London website where you will see the 'Order Confirmation' page.

Packaging

Every order is treated with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each item is checked individually by hand before we package it to be sent to you.

Socks and small leather goods are packaged in our signature cotton drawstring pouches and/or our signature Heron logo 'box' grain gift boxes.
Shoes are packaged in our signature 'Box' grain shoe boxes and then wrapped by hand in black tissue paper.

Gift items are packaged in our signature Heron logo, 'box' grain gift boxes and then finished with a satin bow ribbon.
If you wish to have an item gift-wrapped or to add a gift note with some items, our team is more than happy to help. There is no extra charge for this service; simply contact us before ordering with your requirements.

Orders are dispatched in our sturdy, water-resistant black shipping boxes which are designed to protect the items inside, and be reusable should you need to send the items back to us for return or exchange. Shipping boxes are sealed with black Harrys of London logo tape, to ensure packages are not opened or tampered with before they reach you.

Harrys of London ships worldwide via express shipping carriers. We select the fastest and most reliable carrier known for each destination, ensuring you get your items as quickly as possible. We ship to the following regions on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means Import Duties and Customs Taxes are already calculated and included within the \A3 Pound Sterling purchase price displayed throughout the Harrys of London site:

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, or would like to exchange for an alternative size, style, or colour, we are happy to refund or exchange full price items within 30 days of your order date.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of your order.
Exchange requests made after 30 days from the order date may be processed at Harrys of London. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs and duty fees incurred by themselves or Harrys of London on exchanges outside of the 30 day timeframe.

Sale items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of your order being delivered.

We must receive your returned items within the 30 or 7 days specified above to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without original shoe packing materials, boxes, or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Personalized items and unique special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

The original shipping charges are not refundable.

The shipping box and any applicable customs forms should be marked as RETURNED GOODS. The customer is liable to pay any duty fees Harrys of London incurs as a result of incorrectly filled customs and declaration forms or where this direction has not been followed.

Please allow 2 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of processing.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been completed. Harrys of London aims to dispatch orders within 24hrs or by the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been sent out for delivery. This email will provide you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Please see 'Shipping Information' for delivery times. Harrys of London cannot be held responsible for delays in Customs.


How do I know it will fit?

Harrys of London uses the European (Italian) sizing system, however in order to aid our customers with their shopping we have provided a size chart to be used as a guideline for international sizing. We can also advise on actual shoe measurements and even use a scan of your foot outline to recommend sizes. Please contact us should you require any assistance, our team is only happy to advise you on individual shoes and fits.


Where does Harrys of London deliver to?

Harrys of London offers a worldwide delivery service. Certain items may have restrictions on the destinations they can be exported to. We will contact you immediately should there be an issue with your chosen delivery destination.


What time of day do you deliver?

Delivery will be made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver, they will leave a card with clear instructions on how to re-arrange delivery to a suitable time. In some occasions your order may be left in a secure location or with a neighbour.
Saturday deliveries and urgent deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching of our products are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Whilst many lines are held in stock at Harrys of London, we do also rely on the manufacturers stock & this can sometimes cause delays on delivery times.
However, we will always keep customers informed of any such delays.
