Harrys of London Return Policy

Merchandise purchased at full retail price and returned within 30 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited in the original tender if accompanied by original invoice. After 30 days, the current selling price will be credited if accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Merchandise purchased at sale price and returned within 30 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original sales receipt. After 30 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit.

Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

Please contact our customer services prior to making a Return or an Exchange at: harry@harrysoflondon.com we will respond within 24hrs or next business day if your enquiry is made on weekends or UK Public holidays.

Returns

Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. For your convenience, a DHL shipping label with the return address has been provided. Simply affix the label to your package.

We will deduct £10 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. The Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form. Include the form in your return package. Simply affix DHL label provided to your package and contact Harrys of London and we will arrange for your item to be collected We'll send your new item free of additional shipping charges. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price.

If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Harrys of London or because of quality issues, Harrys of London will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.

Items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s).

Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system.
